Seafood evening 2025

Saturday, March 29, at 6:30 PM, we invite you to an exquisite
5-course seafood evening at the historic Bårdshaug Herregård.


Our close collaboration with local farms, fishermen, and foragers ensures we bring you the finest seasonal ingredients from shore, sea, and land. Quality, locally sourced produce combined with a historic atmosphere and a skilled kitchen team promises an experience like no other.

The evening begins with Norwegian cider as an aperitif, accompanied by an appetizer, before your hosts welcome you to the table.

A detailed menu will remain a secret until late January or early February 2025, giving our kitchen team, led by Linda and David, ample time to fine-tune the menu for your ultimate delight.

We typically accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies, provided they don’t compromise the standard we’ve set. However, for this special evening, we are unable to make adjustments for allergies to fish, shellfish, mollusks, or dairy protein. Dietary considerations must be communicated at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Our food and beverage manager, Tor Arne, along with the talented serving team, will curate delightful wine, beer, and non-alcoholic pairings in collaboration with the kitchen, available for purchase as add-ons during the evening.
