Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Do you want to work closely with the operations of a hotel environment focused on quality and excellent hospitality?
We are now looking for an Assistant F&B Manager who is seeking a varied and professionally challenging role at Bårdshaug Herregård. In this key position, you will be part of the department’s operational and professional leadership. Together with the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations, quality, and development of all service areas.

Your responsibilities will include::

  • Acting as deputy for the F&B Manager during holidays and absences
  • Participating in the leadership team with your own responsibility weekends
  • Actively contributing to the training, development, and follow-up of waitstaff
  • Ensuring all employees deliver consistently high quality
  • Working operationally in the service for large parts of your working hours

In addition, you will play an important role in developing and adapting both new and existing service offerings and concepts. The goal is to strengthen both profitability and quality in all food and beverage-related guest experiences at the hotel. This includes everything from service and sales, to efficient operations, professional development within the team, menu and concept development, as well as standards for table settings, décor, visual profile, and the overall atmosphere in the premises.

The position requires flexibility in working hours, adapted to the hotel’s level of activity.
