Responsibilities
- Preparation and service of lunch and dinner in the hotel’s restaurant and bar
- À la carte and private events
- Contributing to high quality and great guest experiences
- Handling and monitoring of ingredients and produce
- Food safety, hygiene and kitchen order
- Contributing to an inclusive, generous, enthusiastic and growth-oriented work environment
We are looking for someone who
- Holds a professional chef’s qualification
- Has experience from a restaurant, hotel or similar setting
- Has a passion for quality ingredients and cooking from scratch
- Is structured, responsible and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Is a team player with a positive attitude
- Takes pride in their craft and is driven by a desire to deliver quality
