Bårdshaug Herregård is looking for an experienced waiter/bartender with a passion for great hosting and great guest experiences.

As a waiter/bartender, you’ll become part of a team working across a varied service offering, including à la carte, bar, banquets, conferences and other events.
Jaktbaren Gastropub
During the first trimester of 2027, we plan to launch Jaktbaren Gastropub. This position will carry expanded responsibilities related to, among other things, developing routines, instructions, checklists and product selection, as well as working here in daily operations.
Tasks
- Serving, presentation and storytelling
- Service-oriented sales to guests
- Contributing to structure, order and good routines in daily operations
- Preparing, running and closing shifts, including settlement/cash-up
- Working closely with the kitchen and other departments
- Contributing to high quality and great guest experiences
We’re looking for someone who
- Has experience from restaurants, bars, hotels or similar
- Enjoys both serving and bartending
- Is structured, tidy and responsible
- Sees what needs to be done and takes initiative
- Is confident and personable when meeting guests
- Thrives at a fast pace when required
- Has their own car, as public transport to and from Orkanger is limited after 10 p.m.
