Orders for 1-20 people should be sent to us 24 hours in advance of delivery/pick-up. Orders for 21 people and above should be sent to us 48 hours in advance of delivery/pick-up.

Pick-up and payment
Lunch can be picked up at the hotel as take-away between 11:00 and 14:00. Would you like it delivered? We deliver within a 10-minute radius for an additional fee of NOK 350 per trip. Lunch will be picked up and delivered in thermal boxes, which must be returned to the hotel. Failure to return the thermal box will incur a fee of NOK 120 per missing box.
PAYMENT:
Take-away payments are made directly at the reception upon pickup or invoiced to corporate customers if agreed upon in advance.
Travelling to Bårdshaug Herregård
Orkanger is located along the E39 highway, and is a central hub in the region. It is a 30 minutes’ drive away from Trondheim, Løkken, Lensvik, Kyrksæterøra, Melhus and the E6 near Klett. The distance from Trondheim Airport Værnes is approximately one hour. From Røros, Oppdal and Hitra it will take you a couple of hours by car. Travelling by public transport? The hotel is a two minute walk from Orkanger bus station. From here there are frequent bus services to and from Trondheim. See ATB for bus schedules.

- From Røros, Oppdal and Hitra it will take you a couple of hours by car.
