What will your responsibilities and tasks be?
You will be responsible for the hotel’s Jaktbar and participate in serving guests before the hotel’s bar patrons and local residents arrive for a pleasant evening with excellent and competent hospitality.
At the start of your shift around 17:30, you will prepare and set up the hotel’s Jaktbar for the evening. You will then work as an event server or assist in the hotel’s à la carte restaurant until approximately 21:00. From then on, you will serve at the hotel’s Jaktbar until we close, between 01:00 and 02:00, including closing duties such as cleanup and dishwashing.
Working Hours and Temporary Employment Period
100% employment from the end of August/beginning of September until mid-December 2024. Your work hours will primarily be from around 17:30 to between 01:30 and 03:30, Tuesday through Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off. Note that on Fridays and Saturdays, the start of your shift may be delayed by about an hour.
Desired Qualifications:
- You are skilled in small talk and communicate well in English. Proficiency in a Scandinavian language is a bonus.
- Relevant bar experience is required. Experience in serving is a plus.
