Temporary position as a chef in a 65 % position

Are you our new temporary chef?

One of our chefs is going on maternity leave from mid-June, and as a result, we need a skilled chef to fill her role on the team from the beginning of April until we close the hotel for Christmas.

Responsibilities / Tasks:

  • Production
  • Breakfast buffet
  • Á la carte
  • Banquet menus and other menus for special occasions
  • Homemade pastries and cakes
  • Assist with serving and menu presentations as needed
  • Work in accordance with the hotel’s strategy

Desired qualifications:

  • You have a passion for food and drink
  • You have knowledge of ingredients and familiarity with various allergies and diets
  • You have experience from the kitchen
  • You are hardworking and enjoy getting things done
  • You can handle stress and hectic workdays
  • You want to promote regional ingredients and food culture

Application deadline and start date?

The current chef is expected to go on maternity leave in mid-June. We will be conducting interviews with suitable candidates continuously, and the start date can be expected in mid-April.
